For SMEs, if their imports do not increase by more than 15% compared to last year, they will be able to receive immediate foreign exchange, up to a limit of $1 million. The Central Bank of Argentina, together with the Ministry of Production Development, has expanded the tariff status of goods identical to those made in Argentina. Such commodities need to enter the foreign exchange market for exchange after 180 days, and luxury goods need to enter the foreign exchange market for exchange after 360 days.

The import of services is handled in the same way as the import of goods. The amount allowed to enter the foreign exchange market for foreign exchange exchange is the import amount in 2021, and the excess will be exchanged in the foreign exchange market after 180 days.
